The Public Library of Nynäshamn

The Central Library of Nynäshamn is situated by Stadshusplatsen close to the Town Hall.

There are two branch libraries in the municipality, one in Ösmo and another in Sorunda.

There is also a library at the upper secondary school of Nynäshamn (Nynäshamns gymnasieskola).

In connection with the Central Library you find the Art Gallery and the Picture Archives.

At the Public Library you may borrow books, newspapers, magazines, music, feature films etc, or you may search the Internet using one of our 11 computers. We have books in many languages, for example Chinese, English, French, German, Persian, Polish, Russian, Spanish and Thai.

If the book you want is not available, there is always the possibility of inter-library loan, which means that we borrow the book from another library for your benefit.
